My Voice Experience

I seized an opportunity this summer to do radio commercial voiceover work at a local FM station in exchange for a demo CD. I voiced as many ads as they needed, whenever they needed, and ended up being requested by clients!
I've also voiced radio and television ads for local political candidates-- all of whom ended up being elected.
As the lyricist of a novelty Christmas song ("I Farted on Santa's Lap, Now Christmas is Gonna Stink for Me"), I've had the unique experience of being interviewed live and via telephone on morning radio shows nationwide.

My Training

I graduated summa cum laude from Long Island University with a BFA in Communication Arts (radio & television broadcasting, journalism, public relations, public speaking).
I interned at a local radio station this past summer, voicing commericals for clients.
I worked as a public relations intern at the cable channel, American Movie Classics, and then accepted a paid position there.
I co-wrote and promoted a novelty Christmas song with my husband, which is now sold nationwide and was featured on the Billboard charts.
