My Voice Experience

I shine at corporate narration, and the smile in my voice has been heard by the employees of IBM, First Citizens' Bank, Ericsson Telecommunications, and GlaxoSmithKline.

My authoritative-but-friendly sound has also been effective with political ads and PSAs.

On the lighter side, I've also sung jingles for Jersey Mike's Subs, gargled in the shower for Roommates.com, and suggested that you speak to your doctor about Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

My Training

Born in the relatively accent-free city of Erie, PA, I began performing in community and regional theatre at age 13. I've studied at Chautauqua Institution in New York State, and at Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm also a classically-trained mezzo-soprano, with a smattering of Italian and French.

I'd tell you about my education in dance, stage combat, and costume design, but it just doesn't come across well in a voiceover demo.

After college, I wrote, cast, produced and distributed marketing videos for IBM ThinkPad in the late 1990s. That's how I got into voiceover work.

Most recently, I take regular coaching with Edge Studios in Fairfield, CT.
