My Voice Experience
My experience for my voice talent came primarily from working customer service. Formerly, I was a customer service supervisor for 1-800-Taco-Bell for 8 years and a majority of the time I was speaking to customer over the phone. At that time, I learn my phone etiquette and learned how to read and speak to different people using my voice. Due to my phone etiquette, my voice was used for a few voice recordings that were on IVRs for the company's Customer Service Department and Quality Assurance Department. I also served as a Trainer for our company for over a year. The position required to help new employees understand out business. I had to speak to over 35 employees and make sure they understood me and the material I was teaching.
In 1995, I was asked to record a radio spot for an underground radio station. The radio spot I recorded was considered to be good and was then offered a personality position for one of the radio's time slot, which I did for 9 months and enjoyed the experience. The station was 104.7.
My Training
I received a degree in Business Management from FIU in Miami, Florida. One of my required courses was Speech and Communication. This class taught me how to communicate effectively and how to get my point across properly.

My experience in customer service exceeds over 13 years. I have learned how to speak effectively and how to get my point across with the right words. Even though I have no or limited experience with voice overs, I believe through my experiences that I have the proper skills and abilities to become a great voice over talent.
