IVR experience in English and Spanish (limited) for most of the companies I've worked for. Somewhat of a demure but professional sound. I've worked with vendors that provide software and voice talent services for collections as well as voicemail message blasts. I've personally recorded messages for customer notification blasts and collection campaigns. I have over 20 years of accounting and management experience including teaching and writing business materials. I've taken classes in personal communications and have recorded IVR messages for most of my employers in the past 20 years.
