My Voice Experience

Although I am new to 'real-world' voice-acting, I have spent approximately 20 years voicing various characters for fantasy role-playing games (i.e. everything from soldiers and town leaders to Dwarves, Elves, various monsters, etc.). I have extensive experience in recording and audio production - completed commercially-released recordings that I have mixed, mastered, and/or produced to date include nine CDs for the band Midnight Syndicate and two for the band Parlormuse. My work with Midnight Syndicate also includes sound effect recording and production.

My Training

College class in basic voice acting. Four years of formal training in percussion, voice and piano at a Conservatory of Music, with post-graduate study/lessons. Over 20 years of experience performing both as a solo musician and as part of various bands and ensembles.

My Studio Equipment

Personal project studio that includes a large-diaphragm condenser microphone, dedicated (and acoustically treated) vocal booth, both Mac and PC computers with audio interfaces, software-based synths and samplers, mastering tools, studio monitoring system, etc.
