Voice Description

I have never had the opportunity to do this type of work for pay, but I am sure I could do it. I am a singer/songwriter, and I can sing in a very broad range and style. I can do deep baritone noble voices, as well as scratchy troll. I can also do some good character voices in many styles and accents. I used to play a scotsman at a renaissiance faire, as well as a british peasant. That was all improv all the time. Given the opportunity, i feel I could stretch my voice in countless possible directions.

My Voice Experience

I was once a singer in a rock and roll band. I continued for years on my own, and still write and sing to this day. My styles vary from Hank Williams to Pantera. I've been told I sound just like Bryan Johnson and the same for Steven Tyler. I also love to write prose and short stories, and am working on a voice sample for a childrens book I am currently completing. I am a giant fan of Billy West of Futurama, and would love the opportunity to do that kind of work.

My Training

I was a budding journalist and musician since I was 12. Most of what I know, I have picked up on my own over the years.. I have become pretty familiar with Cool Edit Pro software along the way, and have my own humble recording studio. I love to play guitar and write in all forms. I am also something of a graphic artist, and have examples of that upon request.
