My Voice Experience

Garrett is an 19 year broacast professional, with over 14 years in Christian broadcasting. He has a home studio (Tall Timber Productions), to produce his voice-over work and manages an on-line Christian Radio station (Churchmouse Radio). In early 2006, the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association awarded Garrett the first place award for PSA of the year, medium market radio. He currently is the national point-of-purchase voice for Ace Hardware (wishing he got a bus and a check like John Madden). Other national clients include: GMAC Realty, Farmer's Insurance, Vet's Systems, Sonshine Christian Music Festival and more!

My Training

When Garrett was young and realized that he was never going to be the athlete that his friends were, he had to fall back on something!! Actually, Garrett's mom encouraged him to learn how to speak better and faster than those "bigger" guys! Guess what....being able to talk rings around them saved him many a black eye!! Seriously, from vocal music, dramas and musicals, and an early start in radio (in his teens), he was destined to use the voice God gave him! Garrett has been in broadcasting in some fashion for nearly 20 years, and has been doing national voicework for over 15. He was a music major at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN and received his broadcast training from Trans American School of Broadcasting in Madison, WI. Garrett sings and speaks around the Midwest at Bible camps and MC's Christian music festivals too. He is currently finishing up his ministry degree!
