I can sound business like, motherly, nurturing, informative,and funny. I can do narratives; sell and promote products; do voice overs for both children and adult books; My voice is also suitable for radio and t.v. commercials. My tiny voice lends itself to cartoon characters, small creatures and children. My adult voice is kind, friendly and generous....people want to talk to me and listen to me talk to them. I can speak with Jamaican Accent, Italian, French and German.

My Training

I have no training as a voice over. I am a professional-career-committed artist. My specialty is portraits....I study the characteristics of people. I've learned to take on their mannerism and voices in order to complete competent paintings that get to the very essence of who they are. I am a story-teller and enjoye creating my characters as I go. I have studied painting in France, China, Germany and will be working in Italy over the next four months. My exposure to other languages has helped me formulate some very interesting characterizations. I was born and raised in Boston and have softened the accent overtime,however, I can make it come back at will. I lived over twenty years in NYC, several years in San Francisco and Oakland, Ca.

Additional Skills

When not painting....I write. I find my characters in composites of the people,and places I have painted. I am writing a children's book based on my experience with a two year old friend whom mimics me....and, who has taught me how to be two years old again! My friends are diverse, idiosyncratic and colorful! I learn from them how to broaden my thinking, my tolerance and my ability to see people.
