Many who don't know of my radio background often comment they are surprised that I don't work in radio after hearing my voice. Then I surprise them by telling them I do work in radio but mostly behind the scenes!
It's all about 'sharing' the details with the listener. Not telling, not informing, not convincing. Sharing. And when you do it effectively, you will have told them, informed them and convinced them.
