Voice Description
My voice can be pushed to a low-tenor range. Producers affectionately refer to this as my "Mr. Jazz-man" voice.
I also do a high-energy/high-volume voice appropriate for some spot work.
But most often, I am asked to use my voice at normal range: rich tenor.

My Voice Experience
At the age of 2 1/2, I would enter my studio (a closet) with a mic (soup spoon) and a 17-transistor "radi-vo-vo" and I would emulate the words spoken on WNEW-AM. This is how I learned to speak. And that's when I learned of my life's passion: communications. Most of the successive experiences of my life since then have revolved around learning and executing this passion.
My Training
I began self-training with "The Talking Newspaper," a service of the American Red Cross in Ridgewood NJ. I was then 17.
Professional training began with my tenure with AFRTS (USAF - 1976-1982) where I did numerous institutional and industrial narrations, both on- and off-camera. I continued this work in civilian life for many years after the service.

Additional Skills
I am naturally consistant in the delivery of tone, tempo and diction. This is a particularly useful quality in long-form, multiple-day projects, like a recently completed audiobook.
Over the years, I have logged much time and experience in the business and health arenas. I am completely comfortable and credible in the usage of these - and many other - terms.
