Voice Description
I have been doing 100's of different voices and impressions since grade school. It all started out with Simpsons characters and has now balooned into pretty much anything. I can tailor my voice to almost any genre or mood that is needed. Whether it be narration for a nature show, a serious business voice for phone messages, cartoon characters, goofy voices, accents such as Australian and New Zealand. I can perform them all.

My Voice Experience
Travelling the world has given me plenty of exposure to many new accents and a great way to practice voices on people from around the world. In highschool a friend of mine heard me doing voices one day and landed me a voice actor job doing a cartoon voice for a local ski resort which aired on all the major radio stations. It has gotten to the point now that everyone i do voices for ask me if i do it professionally. I have always had a busy job and have never pursued it but am now wondering if i should from all the comments i am getting. I am constantly practicing voices, whether it be in my car, in the shower, or just prank phone calling my friends. Its become a passion that i love doing.
My Training
My training is mostly self taught or by mimicking cartoon characters, tv shows, fellow co-workers etc. I attended a workshop at the Humber school of Comedy in Toronto, ON which allowed be to display many voices under the direction of a past "Saturday Night Live" writer/producer. I also attended classes at the "National Institute of Broadcasting" (NIB) where i was coached and practiced voice over acting in radio and television mediums. I have a basic knowledge in desktop sound and video editing in which I would do voice overs on my own material just for fun. I am constantly training my voice to explore new characters and sounds.

Additional Skills
I am a manager of a golf course and therefore am constantly using my voice to induce moods into customers and clients in order to make them feel comfortable and welcome or to relax a customer with a complaint etc. I handle a great percentage of the busy phone calls and am constantly using my voice. I do voice mail greetings for my company and friends alike.
