Then switch to either a cartoon(ish) soft yet squeaky voice or a loud sarcastic "Joe Pesci" type voice.

I am 1/2 Italian and 1/2 Puerto Rican...now, I don't speak either language (I know, I know, my mom yells at me about that too) but growing up on the border of Yonkers and the Bronx...I can have that Italian and Spanish accent. I also dabble a bit in British accent (that's from watching Eddie Izzard and Monty Python too many times).
