My Voice Experience
I have recorded greeting, on hold and voicemail messages for several corporate telephone systems.
I have worked in call centers most of my adult life as a technical support agent, customer service rep etc., and at nearly all I have been asked to re-record the phone system greetings and prompts.
I began doing telephone work at 17 and have always been told that I had 'the perfect voice' and should do voice over work.
I can remember at least a dozen times callers, usually women but not always, have called back in 'just to hear my voice'.
My Training
I currently work as a network and PBX phone system administrator in a call center and recording phone scripts is a part of my day to day routine.
