Frank M. Beaty Jr. was born May 14, 1954. From the beginning of life most have said to have realized there was something different about him. Born at home when his mother was preparing to go to the hospital, he literally burst forth from the womb, sliding across the floor on his afterbirth.
At the age of three Frank’s mother and god mother (who was an elementary school teacher) began to teach him to read. His mother was adamant that Frank would have strong communication skills feeling that this was an important part of preparing her child for success in life. Frank showed an exceptional ability in response to these efforts and by the age of six, it was unanimously agreed that Frank was a gifted child. Frank could read and write at the level of an adult at the age of six. A voracious reader, he devoured books at an astounding rate and developed a great deal of knowledge for one so young. The most impressive gift that Frank has is the ability to communicate this knowledge through spoken word. Throughout the years his ability to acquire knowledge and to use and communicate it, especially through spoken word has been his greatest asset and the keys to so much of his success.
At the age of 8, Frank was the first black person in the small town of Wichita Falls, Texas to be allowed to sell the fruit and nuts he gathered to make money at the local farmers market. His communication skills at the age of eight years old mesmerized all who talked with him and opened many doors. Frank was the first black child to be a member of the boys club, was the black first disc jockey to work on air at the local radio station 100k watt powerhouse KNIN. Frank was the first black person chosen to star in the annual play put on by the Wichita Falls High Schools drama department and the first black businessman to own a business located west of the railroad tracks in downtown in Wichita Falls. All of these accomplishments were the result of his extraordinary speaking skills and a high level of intelligence and self confidence that literally captivated those he came in contact with.

After graduating from the Elkins Institute of Broadcasting Frank went on to ten years as a popular on air personality, commercial production and voice over professional at radio stations in Amarillo KBUY COUNTRY, Texas; Wichita Falls, Texas KNIN ADULT CONTEMPORARY and Denver, CO KDKO URBAN.

He continues to be celebrated for his extraordinary communication skills and is highly effective as a public speaker whether speaking to young people about the dynamics of dealing with the difficulties of
growing up or speaking to professionals about the skill of maximizing the benefits of marketing relationships to enhance success.

Beaty has always been known as a personable, hard working, honest man who has distinguished himself in a variety of industries over a career of more than thirty five years.

Beaty has been successful in entertainment, non-profits and all areas of marketing as a radio personality, event promoter, nightclub operator, artist manager, gaming executive, industry consultant, public speaker and fundraiser.

As a young person growing up, Beaty was recognized every year from the age of eight until sixteen for excelling in each year’s summer reading program.
In his senior year of high school Beaty was nominated by his high school teachers to the National Honor Society for his leadership abilities.
