My Voice Experience
I started out in 1995 writing and recording straight read and funny commercials for several local radio stations. worked part-time radio for years. I got involved acting in theater in 2003 and started learning to do voice acting on my own. This led to starting a voice over business called "Klinkinbeam Studios" with a friend in Jan 2005 which we are growing everyday. I write and record in my studio at home.
My Training
-Reading to my kids when they were very young using different voices
-Writing and recording radio spots for WARE in Ware, WMAS in Springfield, MA, WRNX/WTTT in Holyoke, MA., News for WMAS and WHYN in Springfield MA and several other stations.
-Voice-acting classes with Wren Ross
-Theater with Monson Arts Council and Ware Community Theater including several Lead roles
-Connecticut School of Broadcasting graduate (1995)
-Work full time as a video editor and tech ops manager at M-PACT (Municipal Public Access Television) in Palmer/Monson, MA
-Reading for the Blind at Radio Reading in Springfield MA
-Reading out loud to children at local public schools
-Teach voice acting classes to middle school kids in an after school program called "The Cougars Den" at Converse Middle school in Palmer, MA

Additional Skills
Interested in acting in theater, had my own carpentry business for several years before being hired full time at Public Access Cable TV.
Enjoy the arts including drawing and woodworking. Read any books I can find about voice acting. Enjoy learning computer programs such as Photoshop, Audition, etc.I LOVE comedy!
