My Training

FLORENTINO MESA started his radio and television career in 1979 as a DJ and news caster in Colombia. He hosting several and different talk shows, news and entertainment radio shows, and anchoring newscasts on network radio.

In 1999 Florentino Mesa moved to the United States to work in 'Frecuencia Latina', spanish program to colombian people in New York and vecinities, like anchor and news caster.

Two years later, he was recruited by RADIO UNICA NEW YORK as a News Anchor and Voice Talent for prommos, sports and other projects. Later, RADIO UNICA hired him as local news director.

In 2004, Entravision hired Florentino like News Anchor for Channel 67 Univisión, in Monterey, California.
