Cockney, bright, bubbly, young, fun, versatile, happy, friendly, energetic, passionate, mature, smooth, sophisticated, authoritive. I can be tough and rough, hard or soft sell. I can also do a neutral accent. I Love story telling, and being a child, or an old witch and doing narration for a documentry. Cornish, Norfolk, Birmingham, Liverpool, Southern Irish, are my favourite dialects as well as RP, but you can't beat a bit of deep, warm, sexy or sharp and sassy. Character voices are fun to do and being a voice actor every day is a new creative surprise.

My Voice Experience

20 years in Theatre, Film and Television in the UK. Expanded into voiceovers when asked to be the voice of an animated Jam Doughnut! Worked on commercials for Mr Muscle, Durex, Kit Kat, VO5, Black Magic. Voice-over documentry Discovery style The Blue Whale, The Great Train Robbery and Land of the Tiger.I've also done on-hold messages, audio books , business presentations, video games, voice mail greetings, TV Commercials, animation, messages for voice mail and voice mail greetings. Recently done the voice of English beef for The Wall Street Institute of Language in Portugal. And for the Madeira tourist board

My Training

Over 5 years as a UK radio presenter and voiceover training at the "Actors Centre" in London, where professional actors, voice over actors and voiceovers work with professional directors, in all different mediums including Voice-over, theatre, television and film.I've done voice mail messages, voice mail greetings, on hold messages, story telling, radio soap opera, documentries and I enjoy every new challenge. I can write scripts for projects and comedy is my favourite.

I am a first rate sight reader. Enjoy writing, and am always keen to do comedy characters as well as serious stuff, and sometimes have been able to help develope ideas with my writing.
Often work with my partner and Actor/voiceover artiste Mark Burdis on projects and even our 9 year old daughter has done some voiceovers.
