My Voice Experience

I started with singing in high school since i got a lot of complements of how my voice sounded. However, never got too serious with it so never exploited that side of me (not yet, at least). In college I studied audio engineering but never thought about myself as a voice talent. In later jobs I would find myself doing VO work for small budget productions and was complemented for it. Other projects followed such as local tv ads, local radio and phone message recordings. I understood it was something i was good at and that clients liked. I developed local clientel working in multimedia but am now looking to take advantage of the global community available at our fingertips in this present age.

My Training

I have a degree in audio production and have ample experience in such to deliver great quality sound recordings from my home studio to anywhere in the world. My experience comes from over 10 years of doing local media and multimedia work for a number of different clients ranging from small business to multi-nationals. As a musician and amateur singer, I have an understanding of the feeling, emotion and tone that an individual project needs in order to achieve what it wants to communicate.

My Studio Equipment

I own a mackie 16 x 8 bus console and do recording via a LAYLA 20-bit multi-track recording system that feeds into either Sound Forge or Cool Edit Pro recording software. I own Audio-Tecnica ATM and AKG C1000 condenser microphones. I have Alesis 3630 compressors, Digitech and Yamaha outboard effects gear, sony DAT recorder along with a wide variety of software effects and recording platforms. I studied music production and have very good experience with audio engineering/ recording. Also do my own background music and have a music library for whatever the project demands. Special effects available also.
