Voice Description

My natural, casual voice has a slight Southern accent. However, I work on the phone a lot and I'm able to sound smooth and professional. I can make my voice sound sexy if desired, but I'm not really good at impressions. English is my native language. Spanish and German are secondary languages. I am not fluent in either, but I can read and pronounce them well.

My Voice Experience

I have worked with customer service, technical support, insurance, and telemarketing.

My voice was used for the phone system of a small business I co-founded with my husband.

I also have a long experience of singing in church, school, and for fun. In high school I was in the All-Region choir 3 times and I made the choral program of Arkansas Governor's School 1999.

My Training

I have worked with phone calls for six years. I have mostly taught myself in this area, but I believe I sound fairly professional and I am easy to understand. I recently got a job working with a telefundraising firm that calls several states throughout the US, and I was placed in Southern California. I had 6 years of music training in high school choir, and I attended Arkansas Governor's School in 1999 in the choral program.
