My Voice Experience

Erika studied film, photography, and broadcasting at Ithaca College with coursework in audio production. She read news for WICB radio and performed voice-overs for scientific visualization at Cornell University. Her first voice-over ever graced a video on penguins produced for an environmental conference with Al Gore. Yes, penguins . . . and Al Gore! Surely an auspicious beginning.

Throughout the 90s Erika lent her voice and curatorial expertise to art gallery phones in London, San Francisco and Los Angeles, selling fine art to wealthy clients from rock stars to royalty. There, she also wrote savvy print and telemarketing campaigns for world-class exhibits. Keen on the value of each word in any script, she's certain to bring yours to its full potential.

16 years of private lessons and performance in jazz, folk, and classical singing.

Additional Skills

Erika's first language is North American English, but with a German background she's also proficient with German scripts. Her academic career gives her equal comfort reading scientific terms in Latin. Her kids are happy to audition non-union scripts for child voices.
