Voice Description

My voice is one of the most versatile that I have encountered. If narration is necessary, I annunciate quite impeccably so that all overtones in my voice are as clear as a bell. I absolutely adore doing cartoonish voices. I can change the modulation in my voice to sound like a loveable dummy or an evil overlord. I also pride myself on my celebrity impersonations. I have a wide range that I am capable of. I can do Eddie Murphy, Sean Connery, Keanu Reeves, Cheech Marin, the voice of Hank Hill from King of the Hill, Grandpa (Abe) Simpson from the Simpsons, and probably more that I can't recall at the time being. I can do some accents quite competently as well such as : English (American), English (British, UK), Scottish, and Irish accents. I can also sound like a redneck or african american male.

My Voice Experience

I have no professional experience as of yet, however I did attend Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, FL where I majored in instrumental music. I took vocal classes and performed as a thespian during quite a few of the plays and musicals. I do enjoy using voices around friends and at work. Sometimes I will even assume an entirely different voice or accent while out in public simply for fun.

My Training

I taught myself the majority of what I know about voice over, however during my time at Douglas Anderson, I did have voice and piano lessons to broaden my range.

Additional Skills

I am interested in voice over jobs because I think it will serve as a launchpad for the career I would love to pursue someday, which is to be a stand up comedian. I love performing, whether it be music, poetry, comedy, or theater productions. It's in my blood and I genuinely love doing it.
