Voice Description

Ericka Dill's voice is quite unique. Many have referred to her voice as "instumental" or melodic. In the broadcasting arena, she is known as "the voice" that makes the weather bright, inspite of inclement weather. Her voice is warm, spunky, rich and smooth. Her creative tone, pitch and pace techniques can be utilized for various commercial styles, character voices, documentaries, phone systems, movie/game trailers, audiobooks, infomercials and training modules.

As a rising voiceover talent in her native surroundings of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she carries an envelope of various talents, such as creative and business writing, event planning and public speaking. However, the voiceover industry has always been in the forefront of aspiring accomplishments. Because of her ambitious nature, opportunities continue to present themselves.

In 2002, Ericka debuted as a rove reporter for Philadelphia’s WRTI 90.1FM, a classical and jazz station and National Public Radio affiliate. Several reports later, she was introduced as the station’s latest mid-day news anchor. As she continued to maintain a working status, Ericka landed broadcast and televised commercials and a print ad with Maja Audio Philadelphia, a local recording studio that specializes in audio/music production for advertising and original music. These primary feats, ultimately, lead to audio books with Spoken Books Publishing, LLC, Temple university and Comcast.

She is currently recording audio books. Expectantly, Ericka will continue to explore oncoming opportunities, as she has yet to open the door to her deepest aspirations, animation voice acting and documentary narration.
