My Voice Experience
I was born at 8am on Saturday morning, destined to work as voice talent in animation! I have extensive experience on stage (25 years +)which translates very well to the recording booth. I have voiced various local radio commercials since 1998 for local small businesses as well as companies like Subaru. I have created animated character voices for Bob Kent (Blue Coat, Inc) and Ethan (Ctrl Alt Del Animated Series). I have read for Uncle John's Bathroom Reader: The Audiobook, volumes 1 & 2 for Portable Press. I did the voicemail greetings and on hold messages for Fort Mason Foundation in San Francisco. I recently did the phone greeting and menuing for Perf Go Green, based in Manhattan. I am currently working on two characters for an animation called "Park Me," produced in Boston, MA
My Training
I trained with Kristin Linklater at Emerson College in Boston. She taught me to "Free [my] Natural Voice" as an actor. I then continued my training at the Voice Factory with Taylor Korobow in San Francisco. I now teach an Introduction to Voice Acting with Voices For All, Inc out of Albany, NY, and continue to learn from their rich array of resources.
