I was born to be a voice talent. Growing up I idolized guys like Keith David and Steven Blum for their voice work. After years of a combination of really wanting to pursue voice work and being told that I had a perfect voice for radio and books on tape I've finally found a way to do so. Though professionally I've only performed additional voice for a single film, I've recorded my voice for many school projects and currently work on a radio show where I sometimes fill in for other voice talent.
I have completed the requirements for my degree in Telecommunications with an audio production specialization and have just a few semesters of assorted loose ends to tie up on my minors in creative writing and digital publishing before I graduate.
I spent three semesters working on Ball State's Summer HD film "Nerdvana" working on everything from recording ADR to making the recorded dialog fit the visual space and layering in the sound effects tracks and foley. I now work on IPR's "Storyboard" where I largely do writing, mixing, and sound environment building.
I currently have access to an Audio Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphone, which is the microphone I use for most of my capturing at my PC.
I'm fairly competent at using Pro Tools and Audition. I'm also a very reliable person who can not wait to work with you on your next voice project.
