Additional Skills

I know the value of using my voice to help persuade & influence colleagues in my current field of work. It's helped calm many difficult situations & turn potential problem calls around.
I did once Manage a call centre for 3 years when my voice often helped deal with callers in a positive way. During the last 6 years a great part of my full time job relies on communication by phone & I'm forever receiving compliments on my voice.
