My Voice Experience
I'm a 23 year old Blues/Soul radio host and singer in Milwaukee. I began my voice over career when I was sixteen when I found a job as a narrator for a Theatre Pulley System manufacturing company. I completed the film voice over work in one two-hour sitting for this fifteen minute film. In my life, I have been an actress, singer and writer. I have a keen, innate sense of timing and rhythm, and an ability to entice ears to listen.
My Training
Oberlin College; 2007-2010. Liberal Arts Bachelor's degree. Creative writing, art and music.
I Love Annette; present. I've been writing/singing for this art-pop ensemble in Milwaukee since Spring of 2011.
Mamaroneck High School; 2001-2005. I studied acting, dance and music in PACE, the performing arts program.
Brown Ledge Camp; 1998-2004. I performed in musicals and plays from the age of 11 until the age of 17.
My Studio Equipment
I work at a radio station in Milwaukee (WMSE, 91.7) so I can have access to a range of professional studio equipment.
Additional Skills
As a writer and actress, I am able to powerfully perform characterizations, and am able to do justice to the art of well-written works. If writing is dry, my voice is able to stand alone as a captivating agent. I can make PSAs and grocery lists sound important, sexy, alive.
