My Voice Experience
My family was entertained by puppet shows when I was a child. In grade school I got experience from 4-H through public speaking contests and then in high school was on the Dairy Judging Team and president of our Pariamentary Procedure team. At that point I realized I wanted to be a combination of Joan Embery-Marlin Perkins-Jane Goodall and enjoyed scientific presentations and I was a zoo docent, nature guide, produced a program "Nature Network" for community radio station for the blind. Work experience as a community educator challenged publio presentations about ticks, rats and mosquitoes, along with formal presetations and conference moderations. My side interest in holistic health as a massage therapist allowed me to work with groups in relaxation exercises with guided imagery scripts. Personally I have been the family orator for euologies and church readings. Currently I am taking a guide training at Monterey Bay Experience with high level interpreters and talents.
