Voice Description

My voice is extremely adaptable and ideal for any voice over, greeting, on-hold, narration and phone work.
I am espcailly adaptable at different tones, resonances and accents. My normal speaking voice is rich, warm and what could be described as a received pronunciation accent. However, I can also speak in a Black Country, West Country, Manchester or Liverpudlian accent.
I can also impersonate different tones and ages to suit a certain character. For voice overs, etc. I can sound lively and fun, deep and serious, sexy and warm, kindly and concerned and sharp and professional. In fact I can master most requested ranges.

My Voice Experience

I have years of experience in public speaking.

From when I was young I have always been interested in using my voice - sometimes too much some people have said!

I have 6 Central School of Speech and Drama Accredited Speech and Drama Oral exams, Grades 1-6
that I gained in my spare time whilst at school.

I then went on to sixth form and took a Theatre Studies A-level.

Taking a different tack I went to Liverpool John Moores University and gained a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Media and Cultural Studies (hons).

Since leaving university in 1997 I have mainly used my voice in training and presenting seminars.

I have trained staff in Customer Service for Marks and Spencer plc.

I spent 2 years running country-wide training courses in Health and Safety and the Environment for Calor Ltd.

Currently I run and host country-wide seminars and training for the automotive industry as part of a company called Business Sustain (formally Greening Industry) Actively training out Environmental and Sustainability training.
