Additional Skills

I have a varied background in customer service call center work, counseling and social work. I have degrees in psychology and education (instructional design). I know that a great voiceover requires a very human, personable connection to be believed and I always envision that I am talking to someone so that it sounds like real human interaction. When I think of the voice overs I have heard and hear daily, the ones that stick with me the most are the ones that feel as though someone is talking directly to me. It makes the difference between sounding believable and persuasive and being ignored.
