My Voice Experience
I started my career as a disc jockey at my college radio station WSUC-FM (SUC radio, can you believe it?). I quickly started doing primetime slots and had ALOT of fun. After a couple of years of that, I got a job with Ski Areas of New York. I would receive ski conditions from ski areas, write one minute ski reports for each region of the state, than send the reports via telephone to about 100 radio stations around New York state. Since than I have been a New York City public school teacher, using my voice to do impressions, read books aloud, or teach classes. I also sing well and perform all styles of music with my guitar (ask my kids).
My Training
Bachelors of History, Masters of Special Education. Worked for a year with a voice teacher to improve voice for radio and commercial work. College radio. Ski reporter on the radio.
My Studio Equipment
I don't have my own studio, but am willing to build one if I do well enough. I live in New York City so I have access to many varied recording studios.
Additional Skills
I am a hard working, fast learner. I believe strongly that I have talent and really love doing voice work. I am very easy to get along with and work with.
