I am a professional voice actor in the Northwest film/tv/radio industry.

My voice brings to mind Orson Welles, or Jeremy Irons/Christopher Lee with an American accent.

I'm also a talented voice impressionist capable of speaking in accents (South African, Scottish, Irish, English, Australian) and famous people/characters (everything from Jar Jar Binks to Willie Nelson).

Elsewhere, I'm a radio talk show host with my own weekly podcast as well as on-air and production experience in the Seattle radio market.

I am near-fluent in Spanish, but speak it with an accent that to native speakers sounds obviously foreign.

My Voice Experience

Veteran actor, singer, musician and comedy impressionist. I have been performing for audiences since an early age, including stand-up routines, high school drama, professional rock band performance and church praise and worship teams. Started in voice-overs in London, England in 2002.

Contracted with Dutch public high school system to record several native-speaker recordings for students to learn English.

Announcements for Hillsong Church London

Television voice-over announcements for Pennines TV, British classic television website.

Narrated graduation ceremonies for US Army basic and advanced individual training classes. Entertained soldiers with character impressions and voices.

Radio broadcaster. Hosted my own program at Pacific Lutheran University's KCCR student radio, and provided voice-overs for KCNS student TV.

Appeared on-air on the John Carlson Show on 570 KVI Seattle, where I also served as an associate producer and learned how to do imaging and produce commercials. Currently I do my own weekly podcast radio show.

My Training

BA in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. Courses include Public Speaking, Audio Production, Video Production, Writing for Journalism. Activities include hosting radio show on KCCR-FM student radio and voice-over announcements for KCNS student TV.

Interned as Editor's Assistant at News/Talk 97.3 KIRO-FM in Seattle (May - August 2009) where I learned professional audio production with NewsBoss 4.6 and Adobe Audition. Subsequently hired as part-time board operator.

Interned as Associate Producer at 570 KVI-AM in Seattle (May - August 2010). Compiled audio using NewsBoss 4.6 and Adobe Audition, filled in as producer and appeared on-air as guest commentator with the John Carlson Show.

Eight-year military veteran with two years (2009-10) spent in command of the 304th Reserve Public Affairs Detachment in Seattle. Related duties include writing, filming, editing and producing broadcast video news content.

Graduate of Arcadia High School (1994-98). Performing arts concentration in Advanced Drama, Concert Choir, Stage Crafts and TV Production courses. Played leading roles, sang bass, learned lighting/sound technology and performed as on-air talent.
