My training as a university lecturer and public speaker have both helped me develop a keen sense of timing and delivery. I can speak the French Canadian Dialect called 'Joual'- used in Quebec, accents I master are those of a European French speaker speaking English, a North-American French speaker speaking English, a north-American anglophone speaking French, a Korean speaker speaking English, and a Spanish speaker speaking English.

My Voice Experience

I have been asked to lend my voice to a range of jobs since the age of 19.

At first I was hired to be the calm and steady voice of the tester in a province-wide exam for second-language learners of English. The next projects were for employers- and more recently I have been the voice of a trustworthy mother addressing the issues surrounding internet use by teenagers (media-awareness canada).
Now I am involved in short t.v. commercials and web commercials and hope to do more radio.

My Training

I have a University degree in Teaching( in French) and a masters' degree in Applied Linguistics (English). I have taught Public Speaking classes in Canada, Mexico, and South Korea. I was hired to be the voice and face for an educational website (media awareness) in May 2010. This involved reading 23 pages of text on a teleprompter. I have also been the voice for Govermental exams for high school standardized testing (1994) and have recently been working as a lifestyle model in Montreal.

My Studio Equipment

I can record audition samples from my home, but access to a recording studio.

Additional Skills

I am perfectly bilingual and speak 3 other languages at an advanced level. I have lived in 3 different countries and traveled for extended periods to more than a dozen others. This experience abroad has made me sensitive to people and given me a great many tools to reach people. I know how to speak to them to get my message across.

As a professional organizer and mother of two I have learned that being methodical, attentive and considerate are essential qualities in bringing a cooperative project to a successful conclusion. As an entrepreneur I have also learned to be flexible and to get things done on time.
