Voice Description
I am absolutely new to this field and would not even try to pretend that I know anything about the tonal qualities of anybody's voice. I'm sure that whoever is reading this is far more qualified than me to judge my voice, so feel free to do so. That said, I think that I'm fairly versatile, and could probably narrate everything from children's books to commercials. If I had to note some qualities that I think I convey vocally, I would say deep, warm, believeable, smooth and professional. (I can run the gamut from James Earl Jones to a WWE ring announcer...)

My Voice Experience
I have been a police officer/detective for over 11 years and am looking to expand my horizons by experimenting with voice-overs. Due to the qualities of my voice (which I have never noticed, but others apparently have) I have oftentimes been encouraged towards the fields of entertainment (voice-overs) or radio but have never been able to pursue anything like that due to my busy work schedule. Recently my schedule has relaxed a bit, allowing me some more free time, which I would like to spend pursuing voice-overs. Other than some in-service training courses regarding voice training and negotiations (in regards to command situations, hostage situations, etc.) I have no formal voice training experience.
My Training
I have taken in-service training courses regarding voice training and negotiations in regards to command situations, hostage situations, etc. Other than that, I have no other formal voice training experience.
