Voice Description

Very well suited for gameshow announcer, I have a style between Don Pardo & Rod Roddy.

The attached (wave) file is an example of my "young adult" voice, it was used to generate excitement in the program advertised. I use a deeper, warm voice for presentations and announcements.

I make a conscious effort in all cases to refrain from going "over the top" with enthusiasm, because it tends to sound really phoney. Instead, I prefer to emphasize inflection.

My Voice Experience

Recently finished 2.5 years work for a chain of Northern-Nevada casinos conducting promotional games 4 days a week in Fallon, Nevada, where many guests suggested that I have a radio voice.

M.C.'d other casino (Carson City & Silver Springs, Nevada) special events as well between 2005 - 2007

Have worked with Military journalists to develop CCTV info commercials between 2000 - 2003

My Training

During my time in the Military, I spent a lot of time verbally transmiting information over radio waves. I wanted my voice service to be as appealing as possible, and naturally developed it accordingly.

Instructor qualified via Military school, comfortable before groups of any size.
