Voice Description

I have a smooth baritone when speaking, but can easily modulate the tones to treble and bass. I can sing in bass, tenor, and alto ranges. Ideal for narrations and audio books. I have had numerous speaking engagements and amateur acting roles (non paid. I ahve been an instructor for many years so am adept at presentations. As I have a good sense of humor, I am able to move into and out of voce cahracteristics as necessary.

My Voice Experience

I am only beggining to pursue this career as a change. I have no real recording experience other than musically as part of a group where I played guitar, but did not sing. Recording was done professionally at a studio, and singers were brought in much later in the project when I was unavailable. I am constantly told that I have a very smooth tone for announcements and have done some high school sports announcing (football, basketball). I have been asked often to do benefit emceeing. I realize there are probably millions of people who have "... a face for radio", but I present a relaxed and professional voice to listeners.

United States Air Force - Classroom instructor for 5 years. Classes including presentation and speaking skills.

Bible College ( Arvada, Co.) - Public speaking class

Performed with various bands and trios as both lead and back up vocals. Presently part of the music group for the church I attend. Play guitar and do vocals.
