I can do Sean Connery, Borat, Arnold Schwartzennegger, Pee Wee Herman, Ving Rames. I have been told by many people that I can imitate just about any voice with enough practice. I could do a good british accent, australian accent, and others.

My Voice Experience

I have done many commercials in my area. I use to work for a marketing company that did commercials for companies in my surrounding area, and I wrote the scripts for the voiceovers, and then I would perform them. Send the company a proof, and if they liked it we would go ahead with the commercial. I have done the action voice for a local video game store called gamers resource. I have done the serious voice for commercials like eyeglass world, and Auburn massage center. I am very professional with all my work, and am open to any suggestions on voiceover work beforehand.

My Training

Well I never went to school for voice training. That basically came when I started up a band and there were people coming up to me telling me that I had an awesome voice, and if I ever considered doing commercials. I always thought it sounded like a cool gig, so when I wasn't playing and singing music. I would try to do any commercial that was offered to me. Like I said before, I worked for a marketing agency and that was my number one job, so it was kind of a profession of mine already. Lately, I did a voice over for my cell phone company to do the "out of service" message that you hear when your phone gets disconnected.

My Studio Equipment

I don't really have any equipment currently other than SoundForge on my computer, and I have a mixer for my band and all of its equipment plugged into it as well. I don't work for the marketing agency anymore so now I just do all the voice over stuff myself on my computer. I don't really doctor it up at all, because I can do the voice overs good enough without it.

Additional Skills

Well I am in a band currently as the singer. I used to be a car salesman, and I wrote the jingle for the business. I did "cold calling" for a different marketing firm that sold promotional products, and that was all about customer service so I would try to sound as pleasant and trustworthy as possible to gain the client's trust. I have lots of experience in the field, but living in a small town like Auburn, IN. its hard to find steady work, so I currently work as a marketing director for a promo products firm in Auburn.
