Voice Description

People, women in particular, describe my voice as being warm and soothing having a calming effect even a bit sexy especially when I'm being smooth w/ the ladies. Both genders have commented that I have a sexy phone voice. I am also able to be firm and emphatic without raising my voice. I Speak and read Italian Fluently and read well in French. I can do a southern, british, Long Island, yiddish and Italian accent. I am a classically trained singer, and am able to sing most genres of music effectively although opera and ballads especially in Italian are my specialties.

My Voice Experience

My experience is rather diverse and indicative of my great successes in the fields I've been in. Since Eigth grade I have been involved with musicals (acting and singing) and public speaking.Through my character roles in these musicals, I've had to take on the persona of a variety of characters, i.e. A country sheriff in "Oklahoma" or a wealthy, witty British gentleman in "The Boyfriend." My public speaking has been just as diverse. From delivering benedictions at graduations and other cermeonies, to delivering workshops and presentations to employment seekers as well as business and community organizations.

Most of my tenure has been in the customer service field working as career advisor for a community college employment counseling center or as an interviewer with the Erie County Department of Senior. I've also worked in the legal field as a paralegal/legal assistant, thus I'm very skilled and convincing in the use of complex legal and business terminology.

My Training

I hold a bachelor's in Political Science w/a minor in Sociology; and an associates degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Hartford

During my High school and college career I've taken courses in public speaking, and continued to remain active in the Performing Arts and music.
