Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

My main accent is English (Canadian), but I just completed a voice-over gig where I had to use a Russian accent.I can also do French accents, and work with any project to create or expand a character.

My Voice Experience

I have worked for VoicePrint Edmonton as a voice talent/reader, and as a producer for one of their programs. As well as voicing one of their public service announcements.

I also did a voice over recording as a character for a multi-media company in conjunction with the Edmonton Public Library.

My Training

I have taken a variety of acting and voice classes, including voice classes from Visionary College in Edmonton.

I have also taken acting classes from the University of Alberta, and the University of British Columbia, as well as singing lessons from Alberta College in Edmonton.

My Studio Equipment

I have basic home studio equipment, a USB studio condenser microphone and I use Audacity software to do my recordings.

Additional Skills

I am a writer with an MFA in creative writing, so I can also work with clients to create the copy that they need.

My writing background also helps to create the right voice to go with whatever character or mood that you want to create.
