Voice Description

Besides the guy-next-door that is my normal voice, I also can vary the pitch to render both deep and high sounds. I am particularly good at superhero and news caster type voice on the low end and silly cartoony voices on the high end. My demo is a very small example of what I can do. My full CD demo includes more than 7 minutes of voice over work, including commerical, animation and narative work. Please contact me and I will be happy to mail you a complete copy.

My Voice Experience

I sat in front of a microphone for nearly 17 years as a police dispatcher, ready to speak clearly at a moments notice. That makes me perfectly cast as a police dispatcher or officer in any voice over type job. In addition, I have been working at Disneyland for the last 7 years, at times having to make impromptu speeches to large groups of people.

My Training

I have completed numerous classes at Del Mar Media Arts, with instructor Bud Barth. I also have two college degrees (Art and Public Administration) which along with my work at Disneyland qualify me to speak on a variety of subjects. I contimue to work on a weekly basis with other voice over talents to develop my skills and range.
