As a real estate attorney with 30 years' experience, I have spoken at hundreds of legal seminars and real estate conventions. I have done only one voice-over project, an instructional video for the Washington State Department of Transportation. I was doing a satellite broadcast of a legal seminar in a studio, when the producer asked me to do the voice-over. That gave me the idea to seek out the work!
