My Voice Experience
I am currently just beginning my voice-over career. However, I worked as a radio announcer for a short time many years ago.
My Training
I have a BFA in Acting from New York University-TischSchool of the Arts. I studied Voice Over Technique first with Larry Conroy and then with Marla Kirban and Bruce Kronenberg at Marla Kirban Studio. I attended a workshop with Terri Apple and I attend practice sessions at the SAG Conservatory weekly. I am also a singer and I have sung opera and classical music as well as Musical Theatre, pop and Jazz. My vocal technique has been greatly enhanced by studying opera with my current teacher Gene Bullard.
My Studio Equipment
I use a Samson Q1u microphone designed for recording MP3 tracks and I record on Audacity.
Additional Skills
I have a wide variety of interests. I am currently studying Wine at the International Wine Center, so I am very interested in any wine promos. I love documentary and I am very interested in narrating documentary projects. I have studied Art and Antiques, I love music and anything to do with travel, the outdoors and my pet cause-the environment.
