My Voice Experience

I have been working in the broadcast industry for 30 years, almost exclusively in major market. My voice over experience spans over 25 years, during which time I have voiced every kind of radio and television commercial from intimate to hard sell; friendly to upbeat and exctied. I also have the ability to read extremely fast and still have it understandable, allowing for more information to be included in your project. I've yet to be confronted with a project that I felt I couldn't handle. As well as commercials, I have done corporate audio/visual presentations and narrations. My skills extend to writing, including commercials, narration and television projects as well as comedy. I am also an excellent Master of Ceremonies/host.

My Training

Attended and graduated from Columbia School of Broadcasting in Vancouver, B.C.
Numberous acting workshops and seminars with Dot Bristow (professional actress and agent).
Animation voice workshop with Mike Donovan and Doug Parker (animation directors and voice actors).

My Studio Equipment

For straight voice projects, I work on my home PC using a Samson CO1U USB Studio Condenser microphone. I record using Cool Edit Pro, delivering projects in either mp3 or wav via email.
For more extensive projects, I enlist a professional recording studio, of which there are several excellent ones locally to choose from.
