My Voice Experience

I am a retired Army Sergeant now working in a call center for AOL. While my professional experience in this field is absolutely zero, I have the kind of voice that makes people ask if I work in radio. I also have a college level education in english composition and can read from a page and make it sound as though the words are my own.

My Training

My voice experience comes from three sources. I sang in a choir for two years (where I learned tone). I have extensive experience in calling cadence for soldiers in marching and running formations (where I learned to breath) and working in a customer service call center for America Online (where I learned to use calming tones and warm bass to build trust and confidence in order to provide customer sales and service).
