Expression and timing come quite naturally, having developed a live entertainers voice over the last 25 years by being a professional disc jockey and live performance announcer. In these capacities, you must set the mood of the moment with your voice, and that could be anything. Happy and up-beat, dark and myterious, bawdy or brash, quiet and smokey, whatever is needed.
My language is English, but I can adopt a regional accent when required.

My Voice Experience

As mentioned above, I've been using my voice to create the right atmosphere for the last 25 years as a professional disc jockey, and as an announcer and narrator for locally produced plays and live performances. Additionally, I've done Voice Over work for a live magic act, again using the voice to create the right feeling for each illusion.

Additional Skills

I own and operate MTP StudioWorks, a recording studio in south-central Minnesota. This gives me the ability to provide not only the voice talent, but also to have complete control over the production aspect of creating the right sound for the voice in a spot. Additionally, having run my own disc jockey service for the last 25 years, I fully understand the need to "keep the customer happy", and work dilligently to achieve that goal.
