Voice Description
My voice is relatively deep, I have experience as a PA announcer for football, basketball and baseball. Additionally, I have done on-camera play by play for local TV tape delay broadcast. My accents include two British, two Southern, Scottish, NY. I have a subtle sense of humor which will come through if allowed to embellish the script. I can do a professional voice as I did for a local political campaign or can be smooth as a Jazz DJ might be.

My Voice Experience
My past experience began with being the on-stage announcer/host for a rather large dance studio in the Atlanta area. I was also one of the adult dancers. I did that four seasons. For a period of six years I have been the PA announcer for a local high school for their football, basketball and baseball teams. For four of those years I traveled with the team to the out of town games to do the play by play for the local cable company. Additionally, I have also done a voice over for a local politician. (He lost). I used to sing but three of the four weddings I did ended in divorce, so I quit doing that for the sake of the "happy couples".
My Training
The only studies that I have done even remotely related to voice over or from a talent standpoint was the education I got as a very young man in the Atlanta Boy Choir. My formal education is in the structural engineering field at Stetson University and Georgia Tech. I have taken quite a few FEMA courses and courses relative to terrorism through the Department of Defense as a member of the Georgia State Defense Force.
My Studio Equipment
One computer, one laptop with the soft ware for recordings and one "Snowball".
Additional Skills
My career has been, for the last 35 years, related to the real estate market. As a builder and inspector the industry has taken ups and downs. However, these past two years have been extremely trying and not at all profitable. It has become necessary to remove the word "retirement" from my vocabulary and pursue other avenues. There is no reason I can not supplement or even make a living, doing something that I like and enjoy. I have found that enjoying what you do is almost as important as the money you make. Other skills that I have are related to engineering and construction and well away from the voice over business.
