I currently work for a home medical equipment company. There have been so many time I have been told after I speak the company greeting, "Thank you for choosing American Home Patient, this is Donna, how can I help you?" that the caller was waiting for the beep to leave a message or instructions to press an option. They tell me I sound so professional that they thought it was an automated message. I also hear lots of customers say I have a very nice voice. One caller calling one of the stores mentioned to me that he used to work in voice over work and I had a great voice for this career. This is how I began to be interested in using my voice as a source of income.
