My Voice Experience

I attended Central Connecticut State University’s BFA program in Theatre and appeared in several productions with principle roles.

I voiced several corporate training films for the Ambulance/Fire/Rescue industry. I also became an Emergency Services and Safe Boating instructor for the State of CT which put me in the spotlight, teaching, and articulating to people every day.

I began honing my comedy performance skills as a local Baltimore comedienne for 3 years before settling down with a group of extremely talented individuals in an improv troupe: The Early Monday Morning Show, which is now known as Drop Three. I have voiced several comic shorts for this troupe such as: Asperx 3000 (seen on You Tube)

My Training

I graduated from the New England Broadcasting Institute in Bloomfield, CT.

I completed a television production internship at Hartford Cable. Along with a news internship at WDRC AM/FM Radio and WVIT TV 30 in West Hartford CT.

I was an on-air talent for WNLC AM in New London and an advertising executive for WMMW AM in Meriden CT

My Studio Equipment

My little piece of heaven contains my HP Media Pavilion Laptop that is loaded with Adobe SoundBooth, NCH Swiftsound Suite (Wave Pad and Mix pad), and Audacity (all 3 in case 1 breaks!). I depend upon my Blue Snowball USB Mic for great sound. I use Skype for my phone patches (Skype name: donnavetters)
