Voice Description

I have been nicknamed “The Voice” by co-workers due to the versatility in my vocal ranges and because of my clean cut analytic and assertive presentation skills. I love to experiment with my voice talent on different people and then analyze the response of their individual personalities in relation to the voice selection.

Carry out sales process using a proven successful call path model called DPAC/LAER (Discovery, Propose, Address, Close / Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond). This process is carried out on “every” type of call with an attempt to make a sale.

Give technical support to retail stores for Lucent ACS Telephone Systems and skillfully diagnose/resolve problems. Verbally walk store associates through troubleshooting steps and modifying ACS key phone system programming based on reported problems. Contact local phone company or equipment vendor when a technician is required onsite. Other tasks include, arranging jack installations/terminations and relocation of phone board equipment & bell carrier demark in remodel and expansion retail stores.
