Native Ohioan but can do a clenched southern Texan woman, a Jersey type and of course, CLEVELAND.

My Voice Experience

I SING ( need a singing cupcake?), act, I can do a timestep and now have decided to take that to voice-over work. This is a dream of mine that I have every intention of mastering. Grab me now while I'm new at it because I'll only get better and more in demand.! I work very hard and can be directed. I"M SERIOUS! If you want a quirky, everyday kind of voiceover talent, then I'm your gal. Are you kidding me? Besides the stage work, I've announced for marching bands and talent shows. Oh...and I can do those messages for voicemail "Please hold for the next agent!" as perky or as dry as you like.

My Training

Professional Singer. Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Indiana University. Teach vocal music privately as well as classwork. Professional theater work in Dallas, D.C., Indianapolis, Maryland, Cleveland, Oklahoma City. Mezzo-Soprano/Belt. Voice-Over Workshops. Started a business supplying shows with custom-made cabaret entertainment with original lyrics to fit. (think Menopause the Musical music) Have sung with Oklahoma City Symphony Orchestra, Garland, Texas Symphony Orchestra, Akron University Orchestra. Big Band vocalist in Indianapolis. Artist in Residence at schools in Dallas, Oklahoma, CATHOLIC SCHOOLS! and had classes for Home-schooled children. Every production is a commercial for the school by the way!

Additional Skills

Piano, read music, direct, SING!!!! ( I teach kids to sing) bake cookies and yell at my kids (and you thought I was an amateur, puhleeze!) . Education through the arts is a great passion. Member of MENC, worked with Cleveland Opera teaching elementary children to write their own operas. and YES! those scores DO go up when they integrate music and science.

I am willing to try any audition, podcast,messages on hold, radio, greetings of all kinds.....dont' have an agent yet, just am working towards those recordings!
