My Voice Experience

I currently do customer service for over 27 different companies @ my present part time employment. Love doing phone messages.
On hold messages. voice mail greetings, etc. voice overs.
The companies I work for now- the greeting says that please hold for a live represenative. Many times I hear "oh no another recording" That puts them at ease- when I tell them I am not a recording. They respond by telling me that "my voice sounded like a professional recording."
